Year 11 Plate Off During The Great British Bake Off season we have been practicing our plate presentation skills. Using minimal ingredients to create a big visual impact. The humble teacake proved the perfect centre piece to practice with and what a delight it was to see the proud look on their faces after creating such professional looking plates. Well done Year 11, you’re nearly ready to do that practical food exam!

Year 10 Breakfast Quesadilla Look at these speedy yet nutritious breakfast quesadillas our Year 10s made in their hospitality & catering lesson. They are getting much more efficient in their cooking preparation and they enjoyed eating these snacks. They are perfect for growing teens and a great way to use up leftovers with the added bonus of some extra protein.

Photography We have been busy this term again in Photography creating new incredible pieces of work. As always, we are so proud of our students work here at Regents Park and we have been given the most amount of Deputy Headteacher awards this term.
