Top Performers in Tassomai

Our students have continued to use MathsWatch and Tassomai for their homework this term. Tassomai is used by our KS3 students, giving them multiple choice and short answer questions. They should be completing 3 daily goals a week. MathsWatch is used by all year groups for their main homework task. Homework is set via the MathsWatch website on Fridays and students have a week to complete the homework. Homeworks will consist of a range of videos to watch followed by some interactive questions to complete. Students can return to the video at any point if they are struggling. Students have all been given their usernames and passwords, however their class teachers can reset passwords if required. We have seen great progress from students who use these programs consistently as it helps to embed their learning and gives them a chance to practice outside of class. Students have also said that they like that they can watch the videos as many times as they like before attempting the question.

department. We have been making use of our lovely new labs at every opportunity. Having the new labs has encouraged the science staff and students at Regents Park to get creative with experiments, for example the technicians have developed an impressive rainbow fizz indicator demonstration which was shared with some of our Year 7 students
