Statement of Intent Lesson observations are one way to gather information about the quality of teaching and learning at Regents Park. Observations should be used primarily for the development of teaching staff and the continued improvement of teaching and learning across the school. Observations will not be graded. As part of a lesson observation or drop‐in the RPCC T&L statement will be considered: Date: Subject: Class: Teacher: Observer: What Makes Great Teaching @ RPCC?
