As you can see for the extensive lists in this Year 10 section, as a Year group, we have had a really positive start to the 2020 - 2021 academic year. Regardless of the out of the ordinary situation we find ourselves in, the majority of Year 10 have shown maturity and resilience in getting back in to the swing of learning. As we find ourselves on the ‘wind-down’ to Christmas, our BTEC sport students have been working extremely hard in preparation for their Unit 1 exam, with many going to the extra support sessions available to them. Wishing them the best of the luck, I have every confidence they will smash it! I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate a variety of students, including those listed here, but also the students that may not have made it in to the Regents Review this time around, however we have seen huge improvements since last year – it doesn’t go unnoticed! Congratulations to all of Year 10 and keep up the hard work. Wishing you all a very safe, happy and extra festive Christmas holidays and I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year, ready for what will hopefully feel a bit more back to ‘normal’.
