Year 8 Textiles Students have been inspired this term by aboriginal art. They have been experimenting with tie dye, stencilling and hand stitching to create their own unique designs. Students are looking forward to using the new textile room in the design hub. Year 11 GCSE Art Mock Exam Some lovely work has been developed in the Year 11 mock exams. A reminder that art rooms will be open Wednesday and Thursday evenings for the final push to complete coursework.

Exam papers for the final externally set assignment will be given out in January.

Year 7 Textiles Students have been inspired this term by cultural masks. They have been experimenting with reduction printing and hand stitching to create their own unique designs. We have been impressed with the high quality of work and the students enthusiasm to gain new skills.
