GENERAL NEWS

Library Year 7 are off to a great start with Accelerated Reader (AR) with almost a million words read already! It’s great to see so many students challenging themselves with their reading and choosing longer titles this year! Miss Robinson, last year’s winner, is currently beat to top of the year by Mr Walker’s 7GZ class, but only by 700 words! At half term, the following students were issued achievement points for topping their class leader board and are leading the year group in AR participation... Sofia (7BX), Holly (7BX), Alexander (7BX), Ruby (7GX), Maisy (7BX), Beth (7BX), Uzair (7BX), Evie (7BX), and Miley (7BZ) Ethos badges will be awarded after the Christmas break. Elton in Year 7 was really pleased to have received his sports kit from Mr Pereira for his excellent work (and birthday gift) with Saints Foundation.

Saints Foundation Saints Foundation work within local schools to improve attitudes towards education, raising aspirations of young people and supporting their engagement in school. Fortunately, Saints Foundation has been working with RPCC and some of our students are really benefiting from their help.
