Complete Testing Schedule

Each student will receive an appointment time slip, given to them by their tutor, which they can bring home for your information. We ask that you check these and remind your child of the times when they need to attend their appointment. Please follow this link https://forms.gle/anKNJagE72jnuQpi6 to complete the consent form for testing, if you have not done so already. Test results will then be registered in school and you will receive an email and text message with confirmation of the result. I am sure many students, and indeed parents, will be very excited to be returning but I am also aware that others will be feeling very anxious and they may also feel nervous about doing the COVID test. I want to reassure you that we have been running our test centre since the start of term with all of our onsite students successfully visiting the centre for their tests along with all staff and visitors to the site. In order to try and alleviate these fears we will be launching a short RPCC video to show you our test centre in action with Mr Ramshaw taking students on a tour, watch out for the link on Google Classroom. We will be sending out additional letters and updating our COVID information booklet over the next two weeks so please ensure you regularly check our website for the most up to date information. However, at this stage I would like to remind you that all of the COVID safety rules and expectations that we had in place during the Autumn term will still be in place including: the requirement for face masks to be worn at all times, PE Kit will be worn on timetabled PE days, students must not attend school if they are showing signs of any of the COVID symptoms, parents must only visit the school site by prior agreement and students will need their lanyards to access the City Catering service.
